This site is operated by Marsad Technology (DIFC) Ltd. "MARSAD" and "Marsad Comply" are its trading names. In these terms, "Marsad", "we" and "us" mean Marsad Technology (DIFC) Ltd.
These terms apply to marsadcomply.com and its subdomains (the "site"). They cover the act of visiting the site and reading or sharing the brochure content here. They do not cover use of the MARSAD platform itself, which is licensed and operated under a separate written agreement between Marsad Technology (DIFC) Ltd and each customer bank.
You may read the site, share its links, and reference its content for the purpose of evaluating MARSAD or in the course of regulated-banking-related work. You may not:
The MARSAD wordmark (English and Arabic), the constellation glyph, the visual identity, the copy, the framework methodology pages, and the demo mockups are owned by Marsad Technology (DIFC) Ltd. They are provided here for evaluation and reference. Linking to the site is fine; redistributing or rebranding the assets is not.
Third-party marks named on the site (SAMA, BIAN, framework acronyms such as ITGF/CSF/CRFR/BCM, software names) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes.

The MARSAD compliance platform that this site describes is a separately deployed software product. Each customer bank operates its own MARSAD deployment inside its own sovereign cloud, under a separate licence and service agreement that covers availability, support, data handling, indemnities, liability, and so on. Nothing on this brochure site varies those agreements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marsad Technology (DIFC) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this brochure site. Liability for any direct loss arising from the site's content is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under DIFC law.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or the use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have in your own jurisdiction.
